The "de-risk" policy of some developed countries has intensified the risk of global "decoupling and chain breaking", the layout of the international textile industrial chain and supply chain has continued to adjust, and the environment for China's textile industry to consolidate international competitive advantages and carry out international trade and investment cooperation is still complex. 

However, the domestic macro economy will continue to pick up and improve, the fundamental resilience, high-quality development vitality, macro policy space and other supporting conditions continue to accumulate and increase, with the new urbanization and urban and rural integration process accelerated, China's super-large scale, constantly upgrading domestic demand market advantages are still obvious, will be the primary driving force to support the high-quality development of the textile industry. Large health, green ecology, smart life, domestic goods and other hot consumption spots are revitalized, textile enterprises can still actively act, seize the opportunity in the process of building a high-end, intelligent, green, integrated textile modernization industrial system, and plan to establish a foothold.

At the same time, China has promoted the construction of the "Belt and Road" through the golden decade, the construction of a high-standard free trade zone network continues to advance, and the cooperation foundation for the construction of the textile and garment industry chain with countries along the route continues to consolidate, which will provide favorable conditions for the textile industry to further explore diversified international markets and build an international supply chain system. We will play an important role in preventing and defusing external risks.
